Stainless steel hybrid ceramic deep groove ball bearings are selected for compact rotating positions that need corrosion resistance, lower friction, and ceramic ball options without moving to a full ceramic bearing.
- Deep Groove Structure: Single-row radial bearing geometry for motors, pumps, rollers, and general rotating assemblies.
- Ceramic Ball Options: Si3N4 and ZrO2 ball weights are listed separately to support application review and quotation.
- Stainless Ring Review: Ring grade can be reviewed against washdown, chloride exposure, speed, and hardness requirements.
Construction and Type
Hybrid ceramic means the bearing keeps metal rings while using ceramic rolling balls. It is different from a full ceramic bearing where both rings and balls are ceramic.
- Single-row deep groove ball bearing structure
- Stainless steel ring options reviewed by application
- Si3N4 or ZrO2 ceramic ball options for low-friction or corrosion-sensitive positions
Parameter
Application
Used in small motors, pumps, food and beverage machinery, conveyors, precision rollers, and washdown equipment where standard steel bearings may corrode or add unnecessary friction.
